as they are very lightweight, yet roomy and sturdy.
There are two big fully lined pockets on each side of
the interior for organization!
I've seen these bags in my favorite magazines, used
as decor, hanging from an entryway shelf or on the rung
of a kitchen chair, but I've never seen a source for
them or found them in any store, so ...
I made my own! Now you can have one too! (... or more!)

This beautiful porch pouch
or market / day tote is called "Emma's Garden"
This
beauty is handcrafted from an exquisitely
colored decorator linen called "Emma's Garden"
which has a goldenrod background that sets
off the amazinly detailed pink and rose
colored roses, accented with sprays of gold
and white hydrangias and little blue forget-me-nots
(at least that is what they look like to
me!) This pretty fabric is also already
treated for soil and stain resistance.
Simplicity
and elegance define this bag as it's slightly
tapered at the top, and flares nicely at
the bottom - just right! It's the perfect
size for magazines, books, papers, with
room for your essentials as well.
I left the outside unadorned so as to celebrate
every detail of the beautiful fabric, and
I've lined the inside with a rich Waverly
solid foliage green linen, a perfect compliment
to the rich colors of Emma's Garden. As
usual there are two large lined pockets
of the same fabric as the exterior. Self
fabric double handles have a 14" drop.
Hang it on a chair, fold it and tote it
in your purse for an extra special shopping
bag or carry it as your shoulder bag. This
sweet bag serves many purposes quite beautifully!
Finished
size is 12.5" tall x 15" wide at the bottom
